Refund policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt.

Please note that we can only accept refunds & returns for unopened or gently used items purchased from mireilabo.com. If the products were purchased from a different retailer, please contact them directly. Refunds are credited to the original payment only. Shipping charges on your original order are not refundable.

For returns due to personal preference or ingredient sensitivities, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage reviewing the full ingredient list prior to purchase to ensure the product is suitable for your needs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@mireilabo.com.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 15th and December 20th can be returned until January 20th. All items returned must be unopened or gently used. Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the funds will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
